What this is: Are you as fed up as I am about the Barbarian synergies for 1.10? Shout for a berserk? When you have zero defence? And when was the last time you saw a frenzy barbarian using howl as a secondary skill? And no synergy at all for whirlwind? Madness! Well, no more! This mod almost completely re-works the exsisting skill synergies, and in some cases adds entirely new synergies.
Many skills now either get damage effects from other skills which are useful (e.g. Frenzy now gets a bonus from War Cry, Concentrate from Shout etc.) but also other effects which may prove more tactical in the long run (e.g. Leap can now gain a huge knockback radius that effects the entire screen with high levels of Leap Attack, and Taunt can now lower an enemies damage by 100% if enough points are donated into it's synergies).
Chance are current 1.10s builds won't work as effectively with the new synergies, so new characters are a must. Also you may experience incompatability problems with unmodded Diablo characters and this mod.

Diablo II often slows or stutters on machines well above Blizzard's "recommended" system specifications.
High-level characters can quickly re-cast spells over and over bringing your computer to a grinding halt, or a huge army of monsters and minions can make the game unplayable.
In many places the programmers could have been more efficicent with CPU usage but it was simply not a priority.
This mod was created to adress these issues.
It should improve your framerate with lower-detail graphics in some cases without looking bad, and is client-only and thus fully compatible with standard D2:LoD singleplaye and multiplayer. It will NOT improve your "network lag" online, servers that respond and update slowly will be the same as ever.
